Courses at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin are designed for students who are wish to acquire versatility in their communication skills and develop a thorough understanding of the Polish language and culture.  The  program is geared to anyone who requires fluency in Polish for professional or academic purposes.  The program is flexible enough to appear to persons who have limited time for travel as well as to those who need as much time as possible to engage in learning the language.

Language courses are available from 2 to 8 weeks beginning in early July.  An additional series of courses ranging from 2 to 5 weeks begins in late July.  Students will be placed in an appropriate proficiency level based on a placement test which will be given at the university at the start of the program.  Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels are available. Class size is limited to approximately 10 students affording each student personalized attention.

Applicants choose the intensity of the language course when completing the on-line application form.  Intensity refers to the number of hours per day spent learning the Polish language.

Applicants must be 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma by the first day of the program. All applicants who meet eligibility requirements are accepted to attend the program.

TO APPLY FOR PROGRAMS IN LUBLIN

2- Submit the following required documents:

• Health Form 
• KF Code of Conduct Form 
• Proof of Medical Insurance Coverage – copy of medical insurance card and policy number.  
• Copy the first two page of your Passport – your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your program return date 

Please write “Reg.-KUL+arrival date+number of weeks of your program” in the memo section of your check or money order.  JPII Catholic University sessions arrival dates include July 5 and July 26.  July 5th sessions run 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-, 6-, 7- and 8-week programs.  July 26th sessions run 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-week programs. The registration fee is due when you submit the on-line application form.
